Ichiro Sushi Bar @ Isetan 1u

Ordering with iPad
the bar
Not many seats in this restaurant
Treating myself something luxury..
Kappa maki, Toro, Tobiko
Toro and the heavily filled tobiko
Champion of the night..salmon & salmon roes temaki

Actually i have no intention to come here...i was just looking around for dinner in Isetan, then i came across this shop..saw some japanese sushi chef..so i decided to gave it a try..I'm not a person who fancies different different kind of fishes and sushi style..i like to stick to the basics..so i ordered - cucumber maki @RM4.00, Flying fish roe@RM6.00, Toro @RM18.00 and Salmon & salmon roe temaki@RM10. Green tea was RM2 - refillable. I was quite disappointed with the Toro (the most expensive in the nigiri section), wasn't as fresh as i thought ( In tokyo, 2 pcs of toro sushi only cost me 500Yen=RM20!!)..others were all good..i love roes..those salmon are so fresh..thumbs up! Bill came up at about RM46 for a lonely meal...A very hefty dinner -_- Will revisit again for other stuff with a partner of course..

Coffee Chemistry @ First Subang

They've change their furniture
More comfortable chairs

My usual cappuccino
His Hot chocolate
Grilled Chicken thigh..yum yum
My BLT burrito

My usual breakfast place - coffee chemistry first subang...what i like is their environment, good coffee and food. Price might be on the high side..but acceptable eg.RM10++ for a cup of coffee...visited so many times i didn't blog about it =D

My 2xth birthday at Neroteca

Bit sad when mentioning my age..I still couldn't accept my real age yet :( anyway, pls enjoy the meal pics taken at Neroteca,  a non-halal italian restaurant in Somerset KL.
that tin was olive oil
Our very corner table
Cold cuts - ham & salami...very yummy! but dunno how to appreciate the cheese though
his pork loin in..smtg..erm..cheese covered? very normal...
My very disappointing seafood spaghetti..seafood not fresh, basically tasteless..

Ordered carrot cake..just soso

Me and my mango tiramisu, complimentary by Maxis, and also a 10% total bill discount.

This shop is not hard to locate, i think it was made famous by the 'meme proposal'. It's a non halal restaurant, which means porky is served here! Menu was a bit confusing as it was too long with all those italian names...but anyway do ask for recommendation by staff, they're happy to help you..i noticed most of the staff were foreigners..hmm..my advice to you is pls reserve a table here because it was really crowded with a  lot of farangs...the highlight of the whole meal was the cold cut..we really love the hams& salami..others were really disappointing..price was on the high side..expect about 100-120 per person (w/o wine). I might revisit to give them a second chance. Finally..I got older =(

Menya Musashi @Isetan 1U

Ok let me finish this review....as u can c from the receipt it was dated in May...sigh...pls forgive my busy schedule...ok back to topic..this was Another ramen shop i visited in 1U's Isetan. It's call Menya Musashi. There were dip type and soup type ramen, Dip type we call it Tsukemen, another bowl of 'sauce' is being given for dipping your noodle, Me myself prefer the soup type, 3 types of soup to choose from - garlic(black), original(white), spicy(red). As you can see i've chosen the black soup because i prefer stronger flavours. Verdict: Very thick noodles and very big piece of charsiu, very OILY!!! omg!! The oil is like 1cm thick!! I seriously cannot tahan oil one...-_- it doesn't not feel oily when eating but i just feel scary about the oil la..very big bowl..i cannot finish..paiseh..Price of course is STEep la! I really cannot afford to have RM30 /bowl of noodle often! Taste wise..i think still losing to Ippudo. I have not tried Santouka yet, so cant compare...and i'm not gonna compare with Japan standard. =P
